All, Wanted 2 give u a heads up on my letter to One Click Cash and the outcome. First of all I reside in OH and I formally filed a complaint with One Click Cash with the AG office. I sent them a letter 9/22/06 and resent it today. Granted its just one of many pdl's I am battling but its a start that has had a positive outcome. Thank you all for your help.

Paycheck today just called and told me they were sending me to collections!! I sent them a letter telling them about AZ laws and that I had overpaid them. Has anyone delt with them????

Hello, We have a lot of credit care and medical debt. We were never late with any of our bills and for the last 6 to 7 months we have been with credit solutions who has done nothing for us and have made promises and never kept them. We are now about 7 months behind on about 9 or 10 credit card bills and I have attorneys calling me and stating they are going to sue us. I have told credit solutions and all they keep telling me is that I should cease all verbal communications with them.

Has anyone on here heard of Debt Advocates of America? I just submitted an application with them to consolidate my credit card debt and spoke with a rep over the phone. I'm curious if anyone has dealt with them and/or heard anything good or bad. Thanks

I have a few (4 - 7) cc accounts that have charged off since my wife had some medical problems, and we did not have insurance. That was almost a year ago. The total dollars are about $65,000. I read in the old Art of Credit pages to not deal with the vermon level CA that now have bought my debt for pennies on the dollar and hold them now. Was that the right thing to do? I do not know now. If I should start paying on this, what is my best recourse? Consolidators have the high fees. Also, they are calling my parents about once every 2 -3 months, but twice this week end and.

A collection agency sent me a copy of the last statement, from my credit card account, that they are handling. The statement date is Oct. 14, 2003. Payment is due Oct. 28, 2003. I did not make a payment during October. My last payment would have been either September or August, of 2003. Please tell me what the last date of activity on this account is, and what the SOL date is. Thankyou for your help.
