Can anyone tellme - 478-464-2001

Hi I took out a storefront paydayloan back in April and due to financial difficulties, could not pay back, and not even make arrangements. They sent paperwork to the courts and favored with them for $575.00. I checked my credit report and it is on there as a Judgement. Do you know what they can do next? :(

I\'m so sorry about what is going on. I lost my job back in july. I tried to keep the money in the bank but with me not making that much at my other job. I just didnt have the money. I\'m back at my old job i will be back on track now. An i will be able to start back paying in october on the 7th. Thank you so dearly for understanding my situation.

Hello, I had a collection from Palisades that must have then been sent to Unifund. I paid the balance in full about 18 months ago. Unifund is nowhere on my CR but Palisades is still showing up with a balance. Is it as simple as clling them to have the balance removed or is it stuck on my report? Thanks.

Hi, I joined on Friday night and have been logging on this sight a least a couple times I day since.I find the infomation very helpful and inspiring. It has given me a great since of HOPE. My question is how long does it usually take a Credit Counselor to contact you? I only ask because I want to make sure I have everything I need in order before they do. I love this sight and glad I stumbled upon it.

K. first off, yes ive been reading the threads to other payday loan woe's. . its horrible and we're all stuck in a rut. I only had ONE for MONTHS and i was OKAY with it. Then it started getting bad, my bf got arrested, had to bail him out, in doing so, took out 3 new loans from 3 different places. unable to pay any back. One took one ACH thru my bank account so that one's cleared. but that was an old one my original one. Another one, ach'd thru my OTHER bank account. so that one's negative 600 now.

Has anyone dealt with guys?? I need some input. I may go with these guys for consolidation.

I tried to keep my bills under contro and also at the same time help a family member out but things just got out of control and now i am in debt and trying to make my life better and get these bills paid off and now am like 15000 dollars behind. :( :(
