Anyone here had loan with them? I sent letter asking for account to marked paid in full and or refund of over payment on Monday and havent heard from them???

Hello - I am interested in knowing what options that I have. I have between 5000 - 10000 in debt and would like to clear my mind and my cedit rating of all of it. I do not know what all my options are, I would like to consolidate all of it and make one monthly payment to get rid of this once and for all. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Does anyone know the address for interim cash? I have tried email, but no reply. I defaulted on this loan on august 30, but I have been paying $79 since January 31 of this year.

Does anyone have the address for Epayday (supposedly also known as U.S. National Bank)? I am consolidating my payday loans and that is the only address that the consolidation company needs. Thanks.

I read on another forum how debt settlement companies could not work. There was just no way that they could work. They talk about how after they stop taking your fees, the stop working for you and leave you all alone after taking their portion of your monthly payment for 18 months. Has anyone out there been in a debt settlement company for longer than a year and could anyone share their experience? I trust my company, but then I read all this other information that scared me and gets me to thinking about all sorts of stuff. Please advise....

I have about 8 different creditors, mostly credit cards, also a Dell account and a loan. Most of these are either in collection or several months past due. I have received offers from some of the creditors/collectors to settle the debt at well below the amount due. I am not as worried about my current credit (it is already very bad) as much as just getting these debts paid off... my question is would it be better to settle individually with some of these creditors who are offering me significant discounts on the debt, or to consolidate everything into one payment via a debt consolidator?
