Hi I took out a loan for 300 three weeks agoo but do not remember what loan place it is. They direct deposited to my acct n now are deducting the payment of 50 every other week.it say on my acct loanshop/penncap. But now I've been receiveing calls from 951 lawyer stating I'm being sued for not paying back they even called to my job stating there was I a cop going to my house or job to arrest me cuz I haven't paid. What do I do? I dnt have the number of loanshop/penncap...

Did I read correctly that Alabama only allows pdls to be for 500? I got a pdl with cash cure for 800 and defaulted but have been making payments to them do i only have to pay back the 500 or the whole thing? If they are not licensed do i have to pay the interest they charge on the 800 or the 500 that the state allows? They have turend me over to Alliance Assett Management and they have been harressing me are they licensed in Alabama? what should i do?

Hello I had wrote to you all about Cash Call and I have contacted my Attorney General this morning in North Carolina and he said, Cash Call or Western Sky have no business lending to citizen's here and to just pay back the principal and if they don't comply don't send them nothing else. He also stated that they couldn't sue or anything anyway since they are illegal and a judge would toss it out. Yay I have finally dealt with all my pdl's and everything is taken care of. Thank you all for your help and getting me through this. It's very much appreciated.

I sent a settlement letter to great plains 2 day ago ...I follow Ohiogal letter sample ....I have not heard a thing from them...is this normal....I stoped paying this loan 6 days ago....I have not heard a work from the collection dept...also does Great Plains use an outside collection company...I only owe $245 on the principal and offer then that..... Ok before I found this site I signed with a settlement company (Destination Debt Soulations) Ive done 3 pymts so far 230.00, but after do what was advised of me from this site so far Ive gotten Plain Green to close my account and PIF, and when I called to let DDS know and to delete PG off my settlement they told me "they dont take creditors off plans but they will still be deducting the $230 every month.

I am sure you have all been appalled by the messages that some of these debt collectors for payday lenders have left on your phone or at work or to to your friends and families. They threaten you with being sued, taking you to court, going to jail for check fraud etc etc. Why hasn't someone considered a class action suit against these bottom feeders for making theses illegal threats?
