I've recently had a debt to show on my Experian account from the above collection agency. I don't have a clue as to who they are, and what this debt is for. If you know how I can contact them I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks Terrance

Im 21 years old, and about 2 years ago applied for my first credit card. Payments were simple until I moved out on my own and began payments for school, rent, and basic cost of living. My husband and I have been caught up in the payday loans trap. We have 16 payday loans and no we are default with all of them. We have been contacted by Consumer credit counseling and they want to set us up with Hess & Kennnedy. At this point we are not sure what to do. Some of these companies have told us that they will not work with a debt settlement plan and are making threats to garnish my husbands wages. Here are the companies we are dealing with any advice would be appreciated.

Hi. Even though I have a decent career, I'm still unable to keep up with my student loans. Most refuse to help those with loans under $10000. I don't know about anyone else, but to me, $10000 is still a lot of money and I have a legit worry.
