I owe some money on payday loans and have the unfortunate experience of dealing with Brad Ragan,one of the most arrogant, rude collectors I have ever dealt with. After he called me at work yesterday, I hung up on him (he had called earlier this week and had made me so upset I had to go to the hospital that evening for an ulcer that had erupted due to stress). After hanging up on him, he kept calling my work, going through EVERYONE'S extension, until he reahed my CEO. I have no idea what he told her (it was probably a lie, anyway), but my CEO came to talk to me and was NOT happy with me.

Im tyring to find a place that can help me get all the reditors together on my credit so i can pay them off. I want to clear up my credit.

Hello all! I've learned through my travels here on this site that quite possibly a lot of these PDL people owe me a lot of money! Don't get me wrong, I'm not expecting to actually COLLECT any of it, but I do want to try! I was hoping someone here might have an example of a letter I can send requesting (demanding?) my refunds. What I need is a letter stating that a)the company isn't licensed in my state (California) and b)that the law in CA is that the loans cannot be flipped and all they can collect is the principal amount + 1 fee.

I would like to get the name(s) and toll free telephone number(s) for a reputable credit counseling agency. I signed up for free counseling; however, I made the apparent mistake of giving my home number. When and if the counselor called (and one did) I was at work and I was not able to get a call back number. I received a call from a gentleman who, after I told him my problem was pay day loan related, said he would have another counselor call me. I really would like to begin resolving my pay day loan mess right away. Can someone help me? If it will help to know, I live in Mississippi.

Just wondering if anyone else has been having this happen.. When I log in, it brings up the pm box, and it has a user name typed in. It's been happening since last night, and the usernames have been names I've never seen on this board, like Mardigras and 2pinacoladas.

I'm in need of advise; I was just discharged in May of 2006 from Chapter 7. I live in Texas and pay high rent. I'm doing serious thinking on shopping for a new home. How would you suggest i rebuild my credit other than staying on top of my current bills such as cable,electricity,rent,water. I have no car payments . I don't want no credit cards. Also How long does it take for discharge letter to be received?
