I give up. I can't do this. I just got off the phone with GFS for the sixth time in two days, they originally made an agreement to settle for $200 to be sent by Cashier's Check. But I couldn't get anything in writing besides a settlement for $200 debit from my checking account. Now, the last time I called, they've told me that the $200 wouldn't even close my account and apparently the first five people I spoke with were lying to me. I spoke with a lawyer, he says he can't help. Pretty soon my other two loans will start calling me, I have no options.

This morning I received a phone call at work from a woman (she incoherently mumbled her name and I was too scared to ask her to repeat it) from a collection agency called AS & Associates. She stated that I had taken out a payday loan in July (that I remember) and that my bank account funds were insufficient and could not cover the payment of the loan. She was calling me to tell me that I had to come up with either a credit card payment of $312 (for the $260 loan) or a MoneyGram payment, or my file would go to county court, where they would charge me and I would "probably be arrested at work".

I received a letter yesterday from Pentagroup Financial saying that I owed money to BJT Services. Does anyone know who BJT Services is because I have never been loaned money from anyone by that name.

Well can I can start by saying it isn't a very big amount... it is about 4,500 dollars all in all and I would like to take care of this situation. Most of these are credit card accounts from college and now that I am employed I would like to clean up my credit so I won't have major problems in the future please, respond at your earliest convience. Hello everyone. I had recently received garnishment papers at my office. I submitted an Order for Installment Payments, and it was granted from the company's attorney that was handling the case. I was schedule to make my payments on the 5th and 20th of each month in incriments of $100. I have been adhereing to this and have even sent all of the money orders certified/registered mail so I could track them. Today we received paperwork saying that a motion was filed to cancel the payments.

I made an agreement with midland credit management, Inc. in February, 2006 to pay off my credit card debt from when I was in college. I accepted their offer to pay off half (4521.95) of the amount by paying $1808.78 up front, then $452.20 on the 7th of each month for six months (March 7-August 7), 2006. I had the amount automatically withdrawn from my credit card account each month.

What is T&C?

Has anyone had any success with T&C getting proposals accepted with GFS (GFSIL)?? I keep getting T&C to fax over proposals and I keep getting emails stating to set up payment arrangements.

I contacted T&C and they sent me a contract. They request that I pay an initial fee of $155, which they say is refunded to me. Is that true? Forgive me but I have hesitation because there are so many shady people out there. I just need some reassurance.
