I am currently with T&C and I just made a settlement offer with one of my creditors that is listed with T&C, do I just call T&C and ask them to remove them off my payments? THanks!

I just checked my credit through Trans Union because of a Bankruptcy I did last October and on there is a charge for $2636 that is placed for collection to another company and the original company is Pallino Receivables. It says that the account was opened 09/2005 and it was reported 8/2006. I have no idea what this is in refence to. I was wondering if I should contact them? If so by mail or phone? I think it may have been purchased from one of my debtors that was included in my bankruptcy. If so am I responsible to pay this off??

I just got a call from the company I interviewed with and I'll FINALLY have a job...hopefully it'll be one I fully enjoy. I won't be getting paid much, as I tried to leave hours open to continue to pursue massage therapy and other business ventures, but I have one question... In 1999 I took out a car loan for 5000, then in 2002 I bought a new car for 10k and refinanced what I owed on the old one onto the new one. I then sold the old car and used that against my loan. I made paymens on it until 2004, but when I left the navy I was unable too find a decent job and could barely afford too eat and pay rent. The account went over 180 days past due..... I found a permanent job....They only called me once. They obtained my work phone number and told me that if I did not pay in full that my wages would be garnished.

3 weeks ago I received a call from Zwicker and Ass. that I owed $75K on someone elses student loans! This person took out a Sallie Mae loan in 1995, never paid back a penny and probably forged my signature as a cosigner. They couldn't give me much detail about the loans, so I asked for the documentation to see what papers made this my responsibility. Its been three weeks and they have not sent us the paperwork and are now saying they will litigate against us if I don't settle. The borrower did not return Zwicker's phone calls, so Zwicker is coming after us.

I am trying to get rid of all of the payments, late and over the limit fees. I want to rebuild my credit and with the never ending fees it feels impossible!

What is the latest information on the aforementioned subject?

My husband doesn't make enough to pay our mortgage the month after next. He's been struggling trying to find a better job in St. Louis. I've also been looking for a job for a while now. We have tried everything to keep this house. Right now we are trying to sell it with no luck of finding a buyer. My question is though if your house get foreclosed on how long does it take to be able to get another loan on a house? How bad does it hurt your credit? Right now hes got a credit of about 750 so I have a feeling its going to get impacted greatly.
