The unclaimed property letter was dated July 7 and he letter was mailed July 30 and received at my home while I was on vacation. I have one day to get the letter back to FIA. i had a loan with great plains lending, a tribal loan co, which is illegal in north carolina. I send out the letter from your site and received an email today saying they would settle for the principle bal of the current loan but would not give me credit for or deduct the overpayment on the previous loan i had with them that i paid in full, which was an overpayment over principle of 264.00. should i accept their offer or continue to request that they deduct the overpayment on the previous loan.

Hi there I live in Wisconsin and I have 3 legal payday loans and I am really having trouble paying for these. I have one through advance america which I think is cashnet usa $1100, One through payday one $1300 , and cash store $2300.Who do you think I should start paying off first .?What would happen if I went into collections.
