Hello forum, I just received a voicemail from this phone # (1-800-430-2740) and they gave me a claim # along with a 'chance' to settle this account in a nice matter. The guy on the phone couldn't even speak thoroughly and stumbled upon every word he said. He also threatened that there will be a lawsuit that will be pursued. The company he said was 500 Fast Cash. Can someone please tell me what I should do now as he is threatening to bring this to court and make it into 'legal' matters? Thanks!

i am interested in consolidating my credit card debt. i know it's less than $8000.

I have a question well two actually.The first one is more of a statement but it's important. I took a loan out from this company(VC Funding) 2 months ago...Had problems with my bank and called them over 10 times since then and always get "there are no managers available" then today(*Wednesday) I get a call at my job on a recorded line being informed that I'm being threatened with legal action because I refused to pay the loan back or get in contact with them and that I committed fraud. The creditor informed me that he has to have $580 by 3pm today. Psycho!

How long after someone contacts me, will I know if i've been approved of the consolidation or settlement?

I am trying to pay off my PDL's. So I contacted Cash Central, hoping that I could at least pay the refinance fee (or possibly pay them off) on September 4 when I got paid and not on August 21 which I am originally due. Cash Central told me that I was not going to be able to do that because the only date that they could give me was August 23. Plus, they told me that I cannot make arrangements to pay off my loan unless it came back to them, then they could send it to collection. I was hoping to avoid that. Can anyone tell me where to go from here?
