I had an account with National City bank. They did not tell me anything about a debt to them. They immediatly sent me to an a credit agency...you. If I pay at least $5 can for now, can I get you off my bad credit report.

Okay, here's my scenerio. I checked my credit report about a month to two months ago and found some errors. So I log on to annnalcreditreport.com and did my disputes online. I went as far as sending all of my bankruptcy information to each of the credit bureaus so they could correct some of the information. Why is it that TransUnion is much quicker to remove information from your report than Equifax or Experian? Has anyone else experienced this? I went from having 12 adverse accounts on my report to have just 6 on my TransUnion report, after completing all of my corrections.

I have about 3500 in credit card debt and just can't seem to come out ahead in my checking account every month because of paying on credit cards. I also have poor credit due primarily to some medical bills, so therefore, I can't receive any type of loan or bigger balance credit card to transfer balances. Erin Delaney

Hi, I have noticed that 20 debt care points have gone missing over the night. I remember this clearly because I replied to a post and took note of the debt care credits following that post. Now all of the credits earned during that post have been erased. Can someone correct this? I really want to trust this system.

8/9/06 i just got a call from this number 800-564-7460 and I tried to call back 2:20 PM EST. NO ANSWER NO MACHINE NO COMPANY NAME but I have to return the phone call before 4 PM pertaining to legal documents. Anyone figure out who's number this belongs to?

Could someone tell me what the percentage is a company can garnish your wages for (percentage of your pay cheque)? Minimum and Maximum? After a judgement has been given? If a notice of motion is filed, does that stop all garnishments or is my employer still required to pay? Thank you.

I have now reached my 27th birthday, and have been drowning in debt since the beginning of my adulthood. Growing up, I really wish I had understood what debt was. After all, It was all around me. I came to realize that none of the women in my family truly understood what debt was and the seriousness of it, although, they were swimming in it. I did not have much growing up, so it seemed that a credit card, according to the women in my family, was the solution. My mom,aunts and I lived the "charge it" lifestyle while only paying the minimum "$20" on each card.
