I took a loan out from this company 2 months ago...Had problems with my bank and called them over 10 times since then and always get "there are no managers available" then today I get a call at my job on a recorded line being informed that I'm being threatened with legal action because I refused to pay the loan back or get in contact with them. The creditor informed me that he has to have $580 by 3pm today. Psycho! First of all I don't know who you are, second I'm NOT paying $580 on a $225 loan!!!! So he told me to get my attorney because I was going to be going to court.

do creditors have the right to make calls to us on weekends??? They called this past Sunday during family time. I have documented this call on that day and they left a voice message that I am saving. My spouse and I are in the process of filing for bankruptcy. Thanks

I made a bad decision involving alcohol in October of 2004. I was taken to the Ohio State University Medical Center. A bill for services rendered was sent to an incorrect address. The medical center never utilized the insurance information I had with the University either nor did they attempt to contact me or find out a correct mailing address which was on file with the Ohio State University. They charged off the expenses to Rossman & Co. I only recently found out about this as I wasn declined for student loans for graduate school until I had my father co-sign. It is 575 dollars.

Can someone get me the number for T&C? I would like to make sure that I am making the best decision for my situation. Lot's of Payday loans and it's time to straighten them out.

To a make a long, unfortunate story short, I need to get some information on filing for bankruptcy. I live in Ontatio am currently going through what appears will be a long separation. We own a home but I am not able to touch anything surrounding it as the agreement made when we first bought it was that my common law spouse would pay the mortgage and I would pay the bills. He put forth all money relating to the purchase of the home.
