Just over a year ago I tried to consolidate some debt but ended up paying over $300 per month in just interest fees! I am looking to consolidate and get ride of some payments by putting things under one larger payment.

I am sending this text to ask for help to get me out of credit card debit! I had a gambling problem and I didnt realize I was using all of my line of credits and when it came down to it I just didnt have enough money to pay off the credit card bills! I have gotta help with the problem with gambling I am just now looking for help to get me out of debt. I owe around 20-22,000 dollars and I would like to consolidate that into one low payment or have someone pay it off for me and I will pay them back with money from my paychecks!

Does anyone out there know where MMG/RMP has relocated? My certified letters to both MMG and Risk Management Partners revoking my Power of Attorney were all returned to my home address. I also reported my losses to th eArizona State Banking Department. Any suggestions on course of action? Any feedback would be grately appreciated. Mike Schurwon

Is there debt relief from payday loans? I'm in a mess.

I spent my first few adult years spending more than I obviously made, racked up a $1000 dollar credit card debt plus several other unpaid bills. I am now in a place where my credit isn\'t even good enough to get a bank account and this is having a significant effect on my financial status. I just want to clear my name and build a better credit score and start over. I do have a current auto loan and it is the only thing that I am 100% current on. The last year and a half I have been making sure my bills are paid on time, and am focused 100% on making things right.

I have heard good and bad about debt settlement companies and quite frankly I could worry myself to death over which ones are true and false. Yes, I believe there are debt settlement companies that will rob you blind, but yet some will help you honestly. I also think that there are bad articles out there on debt settlement companies that are intended to protect and serve the credit card companies to try to convince you to not take the settlement route. WHO KNOWS anymore??? I just want to talk to some people that has survived a debt settlement program.

I am in the process of setting up a debt plan and I don't know who C O Collections are. I have already put stop payment on their debits, but they have not contacted me and I'm not sure which internet company I used to set up this payday loan. Does anyone know how to get in touch with them?
