I have payday loans with 5 different companies. I recently found out they are illegal in the state of NC. After reading a few posts on here I've emailed them letters stating I revoke ACH authorizations from debiting my account and that while I'm not required to do so, that I'd be willing to pay the principal balance. I've tried closing my bank account but they are unable to do so because of the processing debits each company keeps presenting. I've also tried telling them what I was going through and they're unable to help me other than by reversing the charges.

I just received an e-mail from Idealgelt stating that they have turned my account over to a 3rd Party Collection Agency and that I need to call them to discuss my account. I live in PA where payday loans are illegal and have paid well over the principal amount, in fact I am due a refund of $1,375. I have sent Idealgelt all the necessary letters and was waiting for a PIF letter from them. How should I procced.

Is Archer direct Lic in the state on NJ?

I have them through CashDirect, Advance America, Check into Cash and White Hills. I'm thinking AA and Check into Cash are legal. The other two I'm not sure about. I talked with Payless Financial services and I wanted to check things out before I commit.

I contacted ChecknGo to see if they would work with me because I lost my second job and I can not afford the $660.00 a month payments any longer. They told me that since I signed a contact that they can not help me, there are no options for me. They stated if I default on the loan that their collection department will contact me. How can I stop the ACH on my account?

I helped my father take care of his PDLs a few months back but today he got an email at work from some CA called "NCS/JD Marketing Group" asking for 650.00 to settle a balance. They didn't say what the balance was for nor did they mention the original creditor. It doesn't have an address either, and the phone number just goes to a dead answering machine. They have an email so should I email asking for a physical address to send a cease and desist to?

:confused::confused:I have a loan with Check N Go for 2600.00 payable at $660.00 a month. I have paid Feb,Mar,Apr,May,June and July. I lost my second job recently and because of this I am about to lose my truck. I contact CheckNGo to ask them to work with me on new loan terms, that I want to pay their loan in full but can no longer make the payments. They stated that they can not do anything to help me. And if I don't pay I will go into collections. They automatically take the money out of my checking account each month. How can I stop this?

Just received a message from an Officer Johnson at 518-621-5835 stating that I needed to return her call by the end of the day or she would issue a felony warrant in my county of Texas for non payment of something. At the same time my wife received a call from the same person telling her to advise me about the consequences if I did not return the call.

Will this still work if I did a voice recording stating that i agree to terms and that i can be held liable in a court of law? Thanks a gain th
