Please help me figure out what to do....I am extremely stressed out

I have had 3 companies/Banks cancel credit cards in the past couple of months due to low credit scare which was due to some fraud activity on my bank account sometime ago. I have been able to get the payments back on schedule but due to low score they closed the accounts. I am able to make the payments but would like to lower the interest rates on them so I can them cleared up ASAP and work on rebuilding my scores. SHould i try and do this myself or pay a debt management company to do the negotiating . Any assistance would be appreciated

I got in to a real mess real quick due to circumstances beyond my control. Seeing this list is so embarrassing I don't even know what to say. I was up to date as of last week but can not keep it up. good morning, i asked for help with my bank just over a week ago and now need help with the pdl. this is what was writtten before and my information. my bank was giving me a hard time about closing my account, but they finally did so. this past friday was when they all "tried" to come through my account and well then they found out it was closed. i have emails from a few of them telling me that they are going to persue legal action if i don't respond by 2pm central time (this was yesturday. i posted my question of what to do on my other thread but no one answered me.

Is is legal for a process server to serve employees at their place of employment when it is of a personal nature?

I have made the largest and stupidest mistake in the world, I got involved in Payday loans over and over and kept getting them to cover the losses caused by the payment of another one. I am trying to find out what I can do. I am in Colorado and I know there are laws regulating payday loans but have no idea what to do, how to stop the ACH debts, etc. they all seem to be dbas from Indian Tribes from what I can gather.
