Okay I've tackled the majority of the internet lenders and now I am working on the store front ones! Fun. Well I just made my retainer payment to TC on Friday so that's good. I have 3 storefront lenders and I am sending them letters informing them that I am working with TC now and that I no longer have the checking account I had due to the internet places. Do I have to give them my new checking accout or will I get in trouble if I don't. The checks were postdated. I'm in Ohio if that helps any.

I was doing very good on payments till I got laid off my last job back in February, went to a breakup and had to move to a new apartment. The downpayment, first month, and getting some furniture left a dent on my savings. Ive been working for two months now, I make 400 a week net. I pay $520 rent, I have a cell bill and if given the oportunity to consolidate my debt I can pay up to $300-$350 a month. My debt is just about $5,000 i have proofs of all the balances, I would just like to be paid off and re-build my credit now that i am in a lot better shape with work.

I applied for a loan with this company and the lady that I have been emailing back and forth does not want to help me out. Her name is Amy Herman. I want to set up some kind of payment arrangements so they can stop debiting my account because I can't afford the bank charges. This lady said in her email that they just can't stop the debits and the debits will continue and I will keep getting charged the $30 NSF fee. What do I do about this company?

I applied for a $200 loan in May and so far I have paid $316 in finance fees. This company is still debiting my account. On yesterday my account was debited for $158. This company debits my account every 2 weeks and they charge $79 each time to renew the loan. I have no money to pay them back and my bank account is in the negative. I feel I have paid back the loan in finance fees. Any suggestions on what I should do?

An electronic debit came through my bank account yesterday from Geneva Roth Vent. Does anyone know who this is? A collection agency? If so, for who? I have not knowingly given authorization for such a debit.

well, its simple really.. I go to college, I have a fulltime job doing business sales/consulting at BestBuy, and my debt is towering over me. My parents pay for my tuition, but I pay for my rent, car, insurance, books, etc. I just want to know how debt consilidation can help me, and how it will affect my credit score as well. Hello all. I was recently dealing with a collection agency for my wife, and got conned into giving them an electronic postdated check. It was a settlement deal, and they did send me an email with a letter confirming the deal, I just am wondering how much danger I am in. I don't use that account for anything else right now, so I'm not worried about them getting the paychecks I deposit. I just want to know how bad they are going to screw me over... Any help would be appreciated :)

I just realized jimmy buffett wants to know the same thing(I must be wasting away again in Margaritaville) but does anyone know if you have a charge off acct. removed from yuor report about how many points should your score go up. I had a $24 charge off collection acct. error that is being removed. I heard it coudl be up to 30-40 points. Does anyoen know if that is true???
