I went to my mothers house this last week and my sister had told me of tons of phone calls they had been getting from this company (named above). She told me that when she had answered the phone the guy saked for me and she told them I didn;t live there, which I don't, and he said "Oh so youre a lying ass too?" SHe said What? and he proceeded to go off on her. Then they called back a few more times. So when I found this out I asked her for the number and I called them.

:x me and my husband just recently have been having problems with this Route 66 funding thing. they have been taking $80 out 6/30 and 7/14 of our account. I do not know how they got my account number or my phone number. I did read some replies before i signed up. And everything they said is the same as what is going on with us. I did get a number and called these so called people and he couldnt tell me anything unless he had my ss# and my phone number. I have seven outstanding payday loans and I can't even pay them back. I'm drowning in debt and I feel there is no way out. I have applied to get a personal loan (unsecured) thru banks and have low monthly payments and pay back in 2 to 3 years, so I could pay the payday loans off and I have been denied so many times. I am at a point where I feel like no one wants to help me and I'm ready to give up. My credit is not very good and I even applied for a loan for people that have bad credit and I was denied several times for that. I can't even pay my other bills.

the business school I was attending closed after I had to quit taking the classes there. What happens in a situation such as that? The school is no longer opened, it closed shortly after I had to quit. This has been 13 years ago, and my loan is now almost $17,000 due to interest, etc. I made payments on it even after quitting, up until I couldn't afford them when they went higher.

Hello all. First time here. I stumbled across it when I was looking on the internet to see if Allied had an actual website. I, too, have been dealing with them. I have a student loan that degaulted, and was sent to Allied. I have yet to receive any rude or threatening phone calls. My problem is this: I have no banking accounts, so I have to buy pre-paid Visa's in order to make the monthly payment to get this out of default. I called the man that I've dealing with today to see if the payment went through. He wasn't in, but the person I talked to said it was denied.
