I sent out the letters to the PDL's here that I have and no response Should I call them to ask about it I did get the cards back showing they signed for them, I also included them with T& C but want to make sure they are paid the correct amount according to the state laws here in Tx Thanks again guys

Oops I posted this in the wrong place before! Okay I've been reading a lot of stuff about the wage assigments. I'm assuming I need to notify my employer can I just do a blanket. As of July 13, 2006 I revoke all wage assignments or something like that. I don't really want my job knowing that I had 7 internet loans out you know but if I have to I will. I will send individual copies to the places but should I wait. I don't want to give them any ideas. Will the PDL tell you they are going to do one. I just defaulted on some of them 2 weeks ago

I will be defaulting with cashnet500.com, ameriloan, united cash loans, gfsil, and ics tomorrow. If anybody has dealt with defaulting on any of these what kind of torment do I have to look forward to? Thanks for any advice, I need it.

877-382-9648 keeps calling my home number and my mother-in-law asking for my husband. Will not tell us who they are or who they represent. I advised them to remove my mother-in-law's number from their system since my husband has not lived there in 7 years. Anyone know who this is?

I have simply made a mess of my families finances (not the first time-we had to declare bankruptcy in 2000.) Anyway, after a very close family member died about a year and a half ago, things started going down hill quickly. My oldest child had to have kidney surgery and my insurance does not pay about $3000.00 of that. Bought a house and a car that I can't afford, borrowed a lot more money (I think we owe close to $30000 in just unsecured debt not including the $8000 student loan) and then started on the payday loan mess.

Does anyone know of a place in Texas where I could go to get help with my payday loans via consolidation? :? -laticia

Okay I recieved my first phone call today from 1-888-339-6669 from a lady named Margie. She said my account with 500 fast cash was sent to collections. I told her I would need to call her back and she said I had 24 hours to get back to her. Now my question is this 500 fast cash calling or do I know need to send a letter to the collection place. I guess I should have asked what company she was calling from.
