i have somehow gotten myself into an annormous amount of cc debt and not sure which way to turn. I don't want to involve my house and i have researched debt settlement alittle and don't want any calls at work so....not sure what to do? any advise? :?:

Has anyone been watching this week? She is doing shows all week on getting rid of debt. There is something on her website about it that I am going to chk out. She is zooming in on families that have an extremely large amt of debt. When I was watching today I couldn't believe it. I know here where I live, if you can't see it in the afternoon, it is on again at 9PM...It was GREAT.

I sent out letters to payday loan places last week but I haven't heard anything and they still haven't called me. My bank has my account on deposits only until I open a new account. Do you think I should email the places too. I check the status of the delivery online, and it says they recieved it. Hi All, I first want to thank everyone for all the information that is provided and shared on this site. I have so far gotten two of my accts. Zero'd out after sending them the letter. They were from Zip Cash and National Opportunities. There are several that I haven't heard anything from and I'm no longer getting any emails or calls from any of them either.

Ok, Up next is rio resources....I have an outstanding balance of 100 plus their 30 interest charge....80 to come out this friday...my checking account is closed. I originally borrowed 300 and have paid them a total of 770.00. They are not liscensed in Va and have charged far more than the allowed rate of 15 per hundred.
