Help!!!! I came across this site while searching google about defaulting on payday loans. I have 5 of them 4 of which are Internet Companies (TenDollarPaydayLoan, MyCashNow, GWFin.com, UpFrontPayday) and one store front lender (Advance America) All are in good standing, however, its been a spiral downwards. 3 years ago it started with one pdl, which within 6 months became 2...then 3, etc. All get extended which results in tons of extension/interest fees.

Hey Everybody I need advice. My cousin got a letter from these people and they are threating to take her to court. We live in WV I think this was for GMCard which had a credit line of 100 0they say she owes 3302.27. She cannot work draws SSI for a crushing injury to her back and also has a mentally impared child. She did not declare bankruptcy because she couldnt afford the attorney. What legal rights do they have in WV? She is so scared. I told her you all are great but she cant afford the computer either. I first posted here last week. I have 4 storefront payday loans out totalling over $1800. ALL are payable this coming Friday. I did the workup online with T&C and included another couple of small bills that I have outstanding and that said I'd pay $340 a month (that included the $39 monthly fee) for the next 9 months. Problem is, that is too much for me to have to payout per month and I will end up in the same cycle all over again. Does anyone know what else they take into account when deciding what you can pay each month? That was very discouraging. Thank you, Amy

allied interstate notified me that I owe CHEVRON $200.00 on my credit card. Who do I pay and how do I resolve this. It is on my credit report.

how do i make payments online

These people purchased an account from Verizon Wireless that I already paid off. How can Verizon even sell an account that was paid off? I still havent recieved a recipt for the payment but I do have it in my bank account records. How can I clear this up? :?: Verizon says that they cant deal with the account anymore after it has been sold. Can they do that. Can they just not send me a reciept? Please help anyone.

If we go with a loan consolidation will be able to keep 1 credit card for emergency uses? We do have a debit/credit card also - will that be taken away as well? This whole process scares me to death. Oh and the person who posted as being new but wasn't signed in so it says guest. DUH.

I found this site thru the BBB and also signed up for a phone consultation. My DH and I are so far into debt we are drowning. All was find til I had to quit my job 4 yrs ago due to my health. We are currently able to pay our house pmt and truck pmt (we only have one vehicle). We have been trying to work with the credit card companies to no avail. And now I have an attorney calling regarding hospital/medical bills - the hospital/medical/health issues are mostly what have gotten us so far behind as we only have a couple CC. Will we be able to keep our house and car with debt consolidation?
