I've been enrolled into creditsolutions.com debt settlement program for over the past 2 months. I have recently uncovered some complaints regarding the legitimacy of their service. I am unsure if my choice of debt settlement agency was wrong or if I am on the right track to financial settelement. Can you help?

Dealing with my unsecured debt, I've come across 4 options thus far: declaring Bankruptcy, debt settlement, debt consolidation, and debt elimination? The first three I know are viable options concerning my unsecured debts, but is Debt Elimination a viable option. It's one of those, "too good to be true, get out of jail", scams that are too hard to pass up. Thus far, I've found 3 sites that offer "legal" representation concerning ways to eliminate debt. What's the deal with these guys?

yay, i got a promotion at work, earning almost twice as much as i was before! this is really great for me because now i can pay back all kinds of money that i owe and be able to eat something besides spaghetti in a can. :) the problem is, i'm my third month into debt settlement... aren't the cc companies going to see that i have a huge increase in income and most likely laugh in my face?

My goal is to pay off the internet loans but I have four store front in which my goal is first pay the store front ones off due to the fact (after reading through this wonderful site) that most of my internet loans have violated the usury laws and I doubt that any of them are licensed in Denver, Colorado.

Hello all, As many others here are dealing with, I have been receiving multiple calls per day from allied interstate. I have not answered these calls as I do not currently have any debts that have gone to collection. So far, I have pulled credit reports for myself and my husband and have found no items in collection and no recent inquiries from Allied Interstate or any other company that I do not recognize. I am planning on sending a cease and desist letter to AI via certified mail/return receipt requested using the template provided on this site.

Does anyone have any contact info for EPayday loans? I got a call today from a collections company threatening legal action for "fraud". I requested a copy of the charges incurred but was told they would send that after I sent payment via Western Union. I would like to contact EPayday and sort this out before I send money to the collection agency.

I have a payday load from CTC that I am late repaying. They did send a Wage Assignment to my employer who will not honor it. My question? I owed CTC $820..Should I now owe CTC the balance of $273.33 or do they expect me to pay them $820? Thanks for your help...
