I received a call this morning from United Pay Services regarding a loan with E-Payday. The caller was stating that if Payment was not received today, legal action would be taken and I would be arrested at work for writng a worthless check. I called them back and asked for a faxed copy of a breakdown of all the charges incurred and was told that that could not be done until payment was received.

Does anyone have an email address for United Cash Loan? The one that came on an email from them keeps coming back as nondeliverable and I wanted an accounting from them since the $200 loan was taken in January 2006. They have taken money every two weeks until I let the bank close my account. They even sent throu a check that they had created. Any help I would appreciate. Lnita

Everybody, I think the person who wrote about ameriloan was right. 500 Fast Cash is up to it to. I received nasty little e-mail from them today denying refund and saying they knew I was on the forum. Guess what I will see them in court. Hired an attorney. It feels great to be on the end where I have rights for a change. I overpaid these jerks by 500.00. 500.00 is a lot of money for people like us. Keep on your toes and fight back.. KYSIDE38 :D

You are super brilliant, Less...I'm not at all surprised that you write. I have my BS in Philosophy, so believe me, I've done my fair share of writing..Although not for fun! I've done a bit of freelance sports writing for the local paper, something I've agreed to do again as soon as the HS football season starts again, and I'll cover some college and maybe (fingers crossed) pro as well...Not a whole lot of money, and I really wouldn't consider that published, really, but I love to do it.
