Um...Do you have a Visa, or a Mastercard?

Just needing some clarification of some of the forum posts I've read over the past couple of days. I too have gotten myself in the payday loan trap-7 total-down to five! Anyway, here's my questions. I live in NC. Payday Max is in Nevada. I took out a $1000 loan from them in February. Since then I have paid them over $1800.00. Based on NC law that payday loans are illegal and consumer loans can only be at 36% interest-that's $1360. Have I already payed them what I owe them? Are they governed by Nevada law or North Carolina law?

I have a pdl with GFSIL (Global Financial Services ir something like that, they are hard to understand) and have a phone number of 877-280-3359 which was in the email they sent. I called them to get a fax number to fax a letter to them. They gave me a fax number of 800-865-3704. I received a call today from ICS today stating the fax number was for them not ICS and they wanted to know if they were giving out the number or what what going on. Does anyone have a fax number for GFS (GFSIL). Please help. Thanks

How long before a debt is considered time barred in California. Are court traffic tickets or fines ever time barred?

Does anyone have T&C's Western Union information? I have it at work - packed in box - we moved to a new office today and our desks were packed yesterday and I forgot to get T&C Western Union Information? Please PM the info.Thanks Karen

Okay, this is kinda long, but it's needed. My husband had a credit card back in 1999-2000 w/ Sears. He defaulted on the $500 credit card. So w/o my knowledge, my MIL and my husband got a call from allied interstate for the debt and agreed on a settlement for $75.00 a month for only $500.00. It was supposed to be automatically debited from our account on a monthly basis. It debited one time from our account in Sept. 2005. NOTHING in writing, unfortunately!

On my credit report there are two credit card accounts that have the wrong SOL listed. A collection agency owns the debt, now. How can I find and prove the real SOL date? Thanks.

We received a notice that we were being sued and that wages could be garnished or our bank acct. Seized We live in texas and wage garnishment is out but how about the bank account.
