anyone got any ideas on how to stop interest charges on paydayselect. i thought i ahd worked out an agreement but they just keep going up and up. i haven't been able to send them any money right now been paying on other bills and my money just hasn't spread as far it should this last week. any ideas would help thanks. oh and i sent this email to them it wasn't professional or nothing just me being honest with them:

fsm's collection agency called19 years 2 months ago ok i need help again to figure this out. fsm c/a called me today told me i owed over 600.00 on a 250.00 loan. They want me to make 100.00 a month payemnts til it paid i start in july so i said. i also told them i wasnted my orginal loan docutments they siad they didn't have it so sending an emial and letter to fsm. i told them that fsm was charging above oklahoma's law they argued back said no it wasn't and i just repeatedly told the rep i want paperwork sent to me 1qst before i make any payments.
Payday Loans?19 years 2 months ago A little over a year ago i took 2 out since my job had cut hours and i evntually lost my job and everything.. till this day im still not got a job and these 2 places have called and said ithey were going to get me for fraud and put me behind bars? CRS - Is it harrassment?19 years 2 months ago CRS repeatedly calls me at work even after they have been told repeatedly that I am not allowed personal phone calls. After informing one of their reps of this matter I hung up only to have him call me back several times in a row stating that 'we can do this all day'. I asked for his name and his supervisors name only to have him hang up on me. He then proceeded to call and hang up several times.
Ut Oh/ Who is this Number for19 years 2 months ago I just got a call from someone asking for me and of course I said she was not in and could I take a message and all he would tell me is that His name is Brian Washington and I am returning her call ( BS) I never called a Brian Washington, and when I asked what company he was with he wouldnt tell me, he just said Oh She will know who I am WELL DUH no I dont, and Im not sure I want to talk to the PDL's untill T & C gets all the balls rolling,
