Has anyone dealt with Kimberly Credit Corp? I was just wondering if anyone could give me some information on them. Also my husband has a security clearance for work. Will consolidation hurt his clearance? I don't know if I should go with consolidation or debt management? Thanks

I just received a very harassing phone call from an Amanda Snow stating that I had until 12pm today to pay the payday loan from United Cash that was taken out inJanuary, 2006 and I supposedly had not paid any of. She stated this was internet fraud, bank fraud and check fraud. When I wanted validation and an address or email address she proceeded to tell me that I had unntil noon and the paperwork was ready to be filed.

Well this morning early, my daughters aide and our friend told me that her son has been givin the orders to report to Virginia on Tuesday for training, then after training he will go to Iraq for 2 years. He is in the Air Force. He is military police and I guess that is why he is being sent over. I think this has gone on long enough and it is time for the Iraq's to take charge and for the United States to bring our guys/gals home.

I have been stuck with Sonic Payday for months now. You know, they won't accept any partial payments, etc. So everytime that my loan is paid, I have to reloan with them just to make ends meet. Finally I stopped payment on all debits to them. I am looking for a letter to send them since I feel that I have paid back so much more than I have borrowed. Does anyone have a template that they used for this "company". I have tried sending them the letter stating SC state laws, but all that I get is a call stating that they only have to abide by Ireland rules. Any help?

Hello, Equidebt Ltd send round officers posing as couriers they hand you an envelope and say it contains tickets, then they hand you a piece of paper attached to a clipboard and ask you to print and sign for the non-existent tickets, the envelope of course does not contain tickets but a standard payment reminder letter. There should be more laws to protect innocent people from debt collection agencies, have they done anything illegal by posing as couriers and getting people to sign for tickets that do not exist, they can just send these type of letters in the post, why do they have to

Hi all. After some thought and discussion, I think my husband and I are going to try to settle this mess ourselves. Here's the letter I'm considering having my husband send to One Click Cash. With modifictions, we'll send it to United Cash Loans and ameriloan too. Do you all think we should ask them to just zero out our loans, or should we ask them for a refund? I'd love to get refunds, but I'd hate to make them mad and unwilling to work with us at all... And what do you guys think about Sonic Payday?

I'm from Michigan. My husband and I were in need of some fast cash for bills. We found 200cash.com for a payday loan. My husband applied and we got it. We had to sign an agreement with this company stating taht if we defaulted, the amount plus legal fees would be taken out of my hubby's paycheck. My hubby didn't sign it, I signed his name for him (with his permission). Well a couple weeks after we got it, my hubby needed surgery and this left him unable to work. He is collecting FMLA from his employer at $276 a week. Now we have 2 kids and are facing shut offs.

These idiots are calling me saying that it is in my best interest to pay them $580.00 tomorrow or I will be arrested and that I better have my attorney on standby. This man told me he would come to my house or work and get me! Is this REALLY going to happen? HELP what should I do?
