Company/Individual reported: Resurgence Financial, LLC I have been to court with Resurgence Financial 4 times in the last 8 months. Yesterday their lawyer finally acknowledged the fact that I am disabled and my income is exempt. I have provided proof of disability and income to these people 4 times even by registered mail. He told me that Resurgence had the right and would be coming after me for the next 20 years and since I am disabled and can't pay that they would be hauling me in to court every 2 to 3 months for the next 20 years.

Have beem trying to register to become member and get message saying password will be sent to me. So far and several days later....no password. What do I do now as want to be full fledged member. Thanks for your help

I have been seeing a lot of people lately having problems logging in and getting the age old advice to clear their cache and cookies. My question is what browser are you all using when this happens? I am using Firefox, and have NEVER had a problem logging in (other than forgetting to do it in the first place). Just curious.

Ok guys, you're going to love this one... The company I work for has some strict attendance rules, and all call-ins must be done through personnel. Since I'm payroll/hr I frequently get to take some calls. Well, today a gentleman called in because...And I'm not joking here...He was working in his yard yesterday and burned his butt crack so bad he couldn't sit down!!! The companies I'm dealing with are Instant Payday Advance Payday Select Cashnet Payday OK GFSIL US Fast Cash AIP I've already received a phone call from GFSIL, they left a voice mail. I told them they could contact me via email or US postal service. Should I call them back? Anyone had luck working with them? I also received a phone call from Superior Debt Services. Anyone heard from them? I appreciate any advice or help you have to offer me.

Zip cash and Nationwide have the same address. I find this interesting since one zip cash made payment arragement and I am have a toght time with nationwide cash
