I recieved a notice of judgement against me today from District Court from CACH LLC. I have received only one prior letter from CACH about this account. It is a year and a half old. Where do i go from here to try to clear this up??

I posted earlier about a dentist bill that a law office was collecting on. This was a few months back. A few weeks ago, I got notice to go to court, so I went today at 2. I just sent my fee's today to T & C and called them once I did that, I have spoken to Stacy the last few times I have called and she is so nice! She said since they already had my paperwork they will call the accounts today to notify them , Hmmm confused as I thought everyone here said that they did this by mail, So we shall see what plays out, Now if I get a call from one of the PDL's what should I do tell them to call T & C, Or see what they will work out with me? Company/Individual reported: Prime Time Lending, Anaheim, CA Stay away from them. We signed final home loan docs with them and the loan never closed and they never called us. Meanwhile we accrued late fees on our current home loan because we thought the loan had closed. And now they refuse to return phone calls, faxes or emails.
