How does a creditor have a summons sent to you, and delivered, for a lawsuit when you only have a PO Box listed?

need help with bills

i have a boyfriend that was told he cant be helped. he makes about 140 a week and has a lot of debt. he owes at least 10,000. he has 3 loans, 3 credit cards, and some speeding tickets that he is having trouble payingplus with the expenses of gas. he is living out of a car because of all his debt, what should he do?

Well, I just had a good laugh. I received a message on my home voice mail that was a solicitation call for an ONLINE pdl. I couldn't believe it. They must be getting tired of having their emails ignored so have resorted to phone calls. I cannot remember the name of the company--but it must be one that turned me down because the caller said "the lenders have changed their qualifications for loans and you are now eligible for a loan up to $1000". If I had answered the phone I would have said "YOU have GOT to be kidding!" Has anyone else had an ONLINE pdl make a solicitation call?

I may have made a mistake. When called by a collection agency recently, I gave them a credit card number as a "good faith" gesture to show that I intended to pay an old, outstanding debt. I do wish to pay it, but I'm afraid I should have requested a validation letter to make sure my behind has been covered. Anyway, is it too late to request proper validation after I have already started paying?

When I signed up with the site, I was matched with Superior debt relief, a settlement company. Is anyone here signed up with this company, and if so, are you satisfied with their services? I would appreciate any feedback you can give me. I would really prefer debt consolidation, but I'm not sure that the payments will be low enough to help me. I met today with Greenpath to discuss debt consolidation. I have around $20,000 in unsecured debt and am no longer able to make the minimum payments, which are around $800 a month.

Does anyone have an email address for someone at Quik Payday? The only email that I have is the general email account, which sends me an automated response and then I never hear anything back. I am getting nowhere talking to anyone on the phone either. Thought maybe someone here would have an individual's email there, as I know many here have been dealing with Quik Payday. Thanks!
