Hello! I live in Minnesota and today I (stupidly, probably) signed on to MoneyMutual.com and was approved for a $150 loan through Star Cash Processing. I read through all their fine print and whatnot, but after wrapping things up online I've been reading one horror story after another about them. I hear a lot about monies put into accounts without permission, and how the debts mount when they are rolled over and whatnot, but I have yet to hear about anyone who took out a loan and paid it back right away. Has anyone here done this and did it go okay?

I have gotten a call from a Allied Collection and no return number on my voice mail thay just said to refer to reference # 536731. So I tried to contact them and found many companies all over the US with this same name. How to a protect my credit and locate which one of these companies call Allied Collection called me. I have not a clue what this is all about. I have perfect credit and want to keep it that way before thery report me to the credit bureau for something I know nothing about. Please Help. Hello, I need some help determining if the current loans I have are illegal. I am buried by this burden and don't know how else to get out of this. I have been receiving harassing phone calls at work from someone from a foreign country on behalf of 24/7 green street on a daily basis. They are scheduled to withdraw tomorrow and I am unable to close my account due to a negative balance. every time I get paid these loans just dig me deeper and deeper in the hole and I am now struggling to pay my car payment and other basic bills. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I live in Wisconsin, I have 8 PDL. 4 are installments They are Ameriloan, United Cash Loans, Advance me today, vip loan shop, the 4 installment loans are zest,speedy cash,payday one, and advanceamerica. I closed out my bank account. What is going to happen to me. Will get garnished. I am so scared please help me. I cant sleep at night and i am so worried. Do i have any rights for living in Wisconsin. I dont know what to do. I pray to God every night. Please can someone give me advice?

Both my husband and I have a pdl from mycahsnow due empoyment instability as well as some emergencies,my husband earn platinum status,never late continiue strugle and pay tones and tones of money to then,finaly we cant pulled this time .as of tomorrow i owe 1.390 and my husband 1.580. I blocked ach at my bank,which i was charged for. As i prepare fallow steps fro your letter posted below i wander how and if possible at all to mention all the money we payed since 2009? on my husband part is more less (get ready i know is shocking)!!!

Is there anything I can do to get rid of this payday loan? They say they are not a payday loan, but it still seems like a crime what they are charging for interest. Has anyone had any success with getting out of a loan?

I am in need of help I have payday loans that I am paying on and no way out. They are all online payday loans. The worse I pay one and get another to keep from getting in a bind but that has ran out. Please help are they legal in Indiana. One click cash, fireside cash, cash call, discount advances, great plains lending, my silver safe. What can I do to get out of all these loans. They take all my paycheck and I have even borrowed all my available 401k funds to pay. Please please help me!!!

When I asked to have my payments restructured I was told I had to be current for three months. I did that and requested again to have restructure and without even a notice they closed my account ( which I found out while trying to check my balance due four months latter and found I could not access it). When I called I was transferred and hung up on numerous till finally a representative told my account had been closed four months prior and said they can not do anything for me.

My dad just recieved a letter from Fia stating they owed him $200.00 from 2006. I handle his affairs and don't remember anything from FIA before now. They want him to sign a paper and mail it back to them to keep them from turning it over to the gov. Now, he could certainly use this money, but I have a funny feeling about this bunch. who the hell are you and why are you on my report? in 09 when i sold my home credit checks where done and all was paid. im getting your some rip off corp. that makes their money by steeling it from poeple who dont know any better. im going to yhe trade comish. and reporting this.
