I live in wyoming and currently have 15 payday loans. 4 of them are store fronts, and the other 11 are online. They total almost $7000.00. I have been looking at debt consolidation, but am unsure if any of the companies are legit. Any information would be helpful.

I have 11 payday loans totaly almost $7000.00. I got paid on the 31th and the next day I was at a -$195.00 on my account. I cant pay and of my bills, or food for my family. Is there a debt consolodation company that really works that I can make one monthly payment to?

I have a bank acct and my husband doesnt he had a bad divorce and his ex really hurt his credit and so on, he is afraid to be put on my account but can we direct deposit his pay since i have power of attorney

This company still insist that I owe them should I still repay the principle amount of 300? What should I say to them next. You have reactivated your account 3 times with our lender agreeing every time to pay back your advance by contract. You currently have an active advance out of 390 to payoff. Please contact our office so that we can set up the 390 to pay off your account.

I have sent over several request to check to see if this is the same Donna Young. I have been sending it via fax and received no response.

I was reading some of the posts in regard to T&C. Some of the respondents say that many of the companies will not work with T&C to pay off finance loans, payday loans, etc. Is that true?

[COLOR=black]I am the co signer on my niece's student loan. Can I get her to sign a promissory note that she agrees to pay me back for any amounts I contribute to the loan. She has already missed some payments that I paid to keep the loan in good standings. At some point I???m figuring she will run into problems again. As I am preparing myself to ultimately assume the debt, could I pay off the loan after I have her sign an agreement that the debt now is payable to me as a binding legal agreement?

Ok, so I just got an email dated yesterday saying that check city is now pursuing legal action against me. I haven't been served, just received the email. Is it still possible to stop legal action, if I work out a payment plan before then? They have the number to their collections department, and they said to call immediately to get information on my balance, and the legal proceedings. Can this still be stopped? :(
