Hey everyone. It's been awhile since I have posted on here. Just letting all know that I have paid off one of five accounts so far, and that I paid down two balances quite significantly. So, I should have 3 out of 5 paid off soon. The two I paid down significantly have balances at about $150 each. I am almost there! Plus, it helps that I got a raise in pay at work. Just thought I would share the good news.

I am curious if anyone has had any luck with Progressive Management Systems. We are making payments through our debt counselors to them for a Bank of America credit card. They just called and stated that they are just receiving a small amount and that our balance is getting higher. Has anyone been able to get them to agree with credit counselors or has anyone had any luck with Bank of America taking the account back and working the credit counselors? They won't even discuss the account with our counselors. They just state they are receiving the payment every month.

I have recently enrolled in a debt settlement program recommended to me when I registered here, however, they don't take on payday loans. I have 8 payday loans (what a nightmare) and can't pay them and keep up my other payments. If I am using a debt settlement program for my credit card and personal loans can I also joined a debt consolidation program (like T&C) for the payday loan

I got a voicemail from this company, called them back and it just so happened that my phone broke up on the man and I couldn't hear him. He called me back, left a message and was super rude. Telling me maybe I should fix my phone before I make any other phone calls.!! What an a&&!! Has anyone ever dealt with this company or know anything about them? I check with the BBB and they aren't members and have an unsatisfactory record with them. Please help!!! Thank you.

I wanted to find out if anyone has had any dealings with these folks. I keep getting emails saying I owe them money and I have never heard of them. Each time I have responded to the gentleman on the email telling him to validate this debt because I don't have a loan with them. I have never gotten a response...just the same deliquent loan (possible legal action) email.

I got a voicemail from a woman....telling me to call back within the hour or have my attorney call back! Does anyone know this number? When I call, it goes to a cell phone voicemail box....any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks everyone!
