After I had been threatened with a Diane Morris from a number 1-866-201-4603 and being scared out of my mind and being nasty and short to my son I did some searching on this number because I thought any legitimate CA would give me the name of the company? and would at least take my $200.00 offer on a balance of $1980.00 ( OUTRAGOUS) The highest amount loan was 300.00. This nice lady "Diane" wanted 910.00 for a loan (300.00) from Premiere Processing UNREAL! Well since she wouldnt take my offer that I told her I could pay and would NOT give me the name of the company I decided to FIGHT BACK.

I have been in this situation before but somehow I manage to get into it again. Over the course of the last three or four months I took out five different payday loans. I have had some success in paying them off but somehow got caught in the cycle of reloaning again. I have been trying to pay something towards the balance plus the refinance charges but it has come to the point where I can't because I need to make other payments toward my car and other expenses. I don't know what to do anymore.

I have lately received a phone call from an outside collection agency from Citibank, where I had an Associates Citicard. They told me that if I could not make a settlement of $1400 within 15 days, they would pass it on and soon it would go to court. I can't get any loans anywhere, I dont have a cosigner, and I certainly dont have $1400. What can I do?

After several calls, I heard from United Federal, the third-party agency who WAS handling my Platinum B loan after my bank account closed. They were so rude...and breaking federal collection laws left and right. Received a nasty call yesterday from some guy with a thick Indian accent I could barely understand. He threatened to file suit on me if I didn't pay $580. On a $200 loan...don't think so, buddy! Asked to validate the debt, but he would not give me an address or FAX to send a debt verification letter. Then they "wished me luck" and hung up.

Jusr a quick question. I used the invite a friend button earlier today. The email that was sent to my friend was pretty long and was mostly talking about some student website. It was like a page long email and at the very end, like the last 5 lines, was the mention of the debt consolidation website. It was like an afterthought or a whole seperate section of th email. Is this normal?

I read the reviews of riscuity and I would like to know, as a victim of their tactics, If my debt was only $300 dollars on the account they took over, why did they take $1,247 and how long does it take to recieve my refund of the overage they collected. It has been almost two months and all I get when I call is voicemail or excuses. Maybe they should change their name to Excusity Inc.

I have outstanding credit card bills and payday loans. I am trying to get tihngs taken care of but it care of but it doesn't seem to happen. I have emailed my credit card companies asking them to settle for the amount I was given credit fo. IS this the right thing to do? Can I try this with the PDL companies? Is there a way or a place to consolidate all these bills? I just want to be debt free, but keep finding it hard. Also no checking account makes it hard to set up consolidation right?
