anyone know if theres a law out there for if you get a slip from the dr. saying for your own health reasons you can only work 1st shift? i'm from wi. and my husband's employer is giving him a hard time about not letting him back on 1st shift even tho his dr. wrote a note sayind due to his health problems and he's been doing real well the last 2 yrs. w/ the meds he's on that he fears him working 2nd shift would jeopardize that. how can hr dept. decide what's good enough and so on. any help would greatly be appreciated. thanks
