I also tried calling the number back but the line is continuously busy and was not able to speak with anyone. Also I tried doing a reverse search on the search engines to no avail. I took out some pdl's a while back and thought that I was getting them under control....I just got a call from one of them telling me that my case was going to the courts for fraud because my ssn didn't match my actual ssn? Do I have to keep checking back with them or will they call me to tell me how far they have gotten? I have been on hold with them for about 25 minutes now. Is this the norm? Also do I get a payment book mailed to me for my payments? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks so much!
