I also tried calling the number back but the line is continuously busy and was not able to speak with anyone. Also I tried doing a reverse search on the search engines to no avail. Do I have to keep checking back with them or will they call me to tell me how far they have gotten? I have been on hold with them for about 25 minutes now. Is this the norm?
