Who is KCA?

im only about 7000 dollars in debt with a few credit cards and if i sigh up will i still be able to use the cards? and how long will it take to clar my debt?

I wish I had found this site years ago. Things I know now that I wish I knew then. Wolpoff & A out of MD. Sent me a letter "intent to sue" I sent them a check. My bank is listing this as a debit. Would they actually take the info on the check and direct debit the account? This is my worry for the day. It will be something else tomorrow. I have to deal with them and NCO and Cavalry. Many, many more questions just no time right now.

First off,it's my own fault for falling into this trap in the first place but I currently have 6 payday loans outstanding for 6 different companies. For most if not all of them I was required to enter in references and I entered in the names and telephone numbers of 2 friends. Now I don't care if they know that I had financial problems but if the accounts go into default (I have no other option, I will be making $120 on my next paycheck for two weeks if I don't) will these companies be calling them all the time.

Firstly, allow me to say how informative this forum is. I have gained quite an education just by reading here and researching many of the links provided and am very impressed. My situation also involves asset acceptance llc. This past Saturday, I was served a summons that I am being sued by this company for a past debt that I don't recognize or remember. I have 20 days from the date the summons was served to reply if I want the court to hear my side of the case.

I'm trying to understand how SOLs work... but it is not sinking in. Other than Googling "SOL" for a certain state, where can I go to find that information. Specifically I'm looking for info on an unpaid gas bill from WA a while back. Would that debt be the same as delinquent credit card debt? Also, if the length of time has passed since the account FIRST went delinquent - do I just dispute with the 3 reporting agencies or with the collection company? Please help!

Oh what a day today. I got a call from a lady at a pld lender in Delaware that I filed a complaint against. They must have received it from the bank commissioner's office because this is the first phone call that I've had from them. They are liked United Cash Loans and ignore correspondence. Anyway, she asks me what the problem what and we had a relationship of three years, blah blah blah. She caught me on a bad day but I was nice as could be in my frame of mind. I told her that she just broke a do not call order by contacting me at work.

Does anyone know about this company?
