Does anyone know about this company?

Hi everyone. I didn't get my ltr sent to RIO before it went to United. Is it too late for me now. Where should I send it if it is not too late?

I have another question. It seems like i'm running into a lot of crazy collection agencies that love to lie. This pass weekend I received a call from a Derek at Sprint (that's what he told me)and he told me that i had a past due amt. 310.00. I agreed that i will pay 20.00 a amt. until I'm able to pay a higher amt. I gave him my bank account no.(I know this is bad)and have him to take 20.00 plus $5.00 chrg from the bank, and told me this SHOULD NOT be on your credit report since you are paying this off.

Hi, I want to thank everyone here for their advice, help and kind words. I signed on with T & C last week. I froze my account to debits and contacted all 5 of my payday loans. None of them were in default, so I thought I might have a hard time dealing with the companies, but...they have all accepted T & C proposals. I can't believe I will get my paycheck and not have debits from those companies! I am so excited to pay my bills and not juggle payday loans! I am going to stay on this forum because for the first time in 2 years I did not feel like a complete failure and screw up.

Can they legally do this? As a "customer" dont I have a right to be able to contact them? 500fastcash is a piece of work and now they have suceeded in pissing me off. I'm on a mission now.

Can you tell me for credit repair and FICO score purposes if it is better to have a PAID IN FULL - SETTLED FOR LESS on my credit report OR PAID IN FULL- AFTER CHARGE OFF would be preferred? I am trying to determine which way to pay off a credit card that was previously charged off from before and now I want to clear this from my report. The collection company is telling me they will not remove the Charge off status of my report, is that true?

If I consolitdate my credit will it leave a bad mark on my credit history?

OK I went to an attorney about a problem with an CC collections account that has a summons for me to go to court. He said first write a letter to validate the amount and give me more time(needs to be turned in 10 days). He said either way we to court and they will win and put a lien on my house etc. (debt is $5,300), I asked about BK and he said they would go after my business and house? And that my husband should file BK with me even though his credit isn't really that bad,it will just help with amount for BK. PROBLEM we have NO MONEY.not even to file BK.
