How do i get information on t & c. I am interested because i have read a lot of good things about them.

Cash transfer centers just called me and said that they do not accept any consolidation programs. My consolidation resource person said that they will often say that but will accept money sent by them anyway. I do not know what to beleive. I have until wed. 5/10 to give cash transfer an answer. I closed my checking account so they do not have access to it.

My tale begins much like everyone else's does on this site. About four years ago I was short of money one day and wondered where I could put my hands on some cash. I had heard of payday loans but knew nothing about them an how they worked. I went around the corner and got my first "fix" at a local payday loan store. Thinking of it now it seems funny to put it in drug user terms. But, like a drug--this fix is temporary and you have to keep at it to get the same feeling. Except I wasn't getting a "feeling" but in debt. After the first one, the next one was easy and so on.

Anyone else having any trouble? I can't reply to a post, I can't get past the spam filter.

We want to pay off several collections, all of which are old credit card debts. We have received letters from the collection agencies offering to settle for less than is actually owed. Our goal is to restore our credit to an A+ rating. Is it possible to get an A+ rating by "Settling"; or do we need to pay all of them in full? Thanks for your input.

I have been harrassed by a company that would NOT give the name of the company or send me anything in writing. The number was 1-866-201-4603. The second number was 1-904-483-5040. The only name of the company name she would say is "pre-litigation". I have 5 pdls that all went to collection. The highest loan amount was 300.00. Long story short this company wanted me to pay & 3,140 western union! So after doing some researching I came accross the BBB in mountain states. I typed in the 1-866 number and to my delight they have several complaints against this company.
