Hey there again. For some reason, I am having issues with logging in again and not being able to post a reply to topics. I know it can't be a computer setting of mine because I am getting the same problem at whatever computer I login at. Today, I had to again reactivate my account. I then changed my new password given to me after logging in back to the one I want. I did this step yesterday as well. And today, I login with the password I know, and it tells me that I have entered the wrong info...Any ideas? Anyone else having this problem?

As I have posted here in the past few days, I signed with T&C and closed my bank account. Everything will "hit the fan" (so to speak) Friday, May 12th. I assume then the PDL's and creditors will start calling me when they don't get their payments. My question is what should I say when they call? Should I return their calls? They cannot keep calling me at work can they? Should I refer them back to T&C? Thanks for any advice.

My student loans are coming due this summer and I keep getting letters from companies wanting me to consolidate all of my Student Loans with their particular companies for low interest, blah, blah. Can anyone recommend one as being better than another? I know you are supposed to pick the lowest interest rate, but that doesn't necessarily mean the company is any good.

I recd a ltr today from Credit One Bank..formerly FNB Marin...they recd my proposal from T&C...this is what they said...Credit One's Bank Debt Mgmt Program is currently in beta test & is not available for the referenced loan at this time...What does Beta Test mean??????????????? I figured they wouldn't accept the proposal just from other posts on this site, but never heard of this excuse.

Hi, I just joined the forum last week, and I'm glad to be here! I'm now starting to have major trouble paying the 7 PDLs I have outstanding in my area of residence. Every one of the PDLs are store front, not online PDLs. When I went to borrow from one of them today, I was denied getting funds because I have 6 other outstanding loans. Because I couldn't get a loan today, I won't be able to pay back the other ones. My paycheck and borrowed money from my PDLs have gone to pay back the PDLs, and none of my other bills are getting paid!

I was called about 2 wks ago about a 10 yr old Citifinace debt (it was actually Radio Shack). The guy had an old address, I gave him my new address and asked for something in writing as to the validity of the debt. 2 wks pass no letter, he said he was mailing it right out. Today a lady from Attorney Gerald Moore's law office calls. Tells me I have until May 19 to make payment or they will garnish my wages. I told her I want a letter stating how much I owe and to who. She says there is no time to mail me a letter and wait for my response.

ok guys..Help me with this one. I got a letter from a collection agency who represents a company called premier advantage HQ. Allegedly I wrote a check in the amount of $17.45 on March 3 and it bounced. They now want me to pay $47.45. The thing is..I didn't write this check. I have no idea who these people are. Since January, when I closed my account and re-opened another one, I have been rigid about check writing..Only mortgage and car payments. No exceptions. And I absolutely did not do an automatic debit..I have searched through my bank records and found nothing.

well,as you guys know---I have been 'round and 'round for the past year with Dell financial, Wells fargo AND their collection agencies. most of you know, its been a real headache for me. Dell has given all of my husbands accounts to Oxford management. I have went round and round with them on validation and also over my MANY letters to them demanding that they stop calling my home. They have ignored me over and over again and have called me on a daily basis for months now.

Help! I obtained a cash advance from SJM Marketing, Loan Dept. for 250.00 on 4/24/06 on line, direct deposit to my bank. I lost my e-mail and need to know payback terms, etc. Please send as soon as possible.
