has any one heard of bogue & bogue law firm out of faith sd. i received a letter from them last week and said that i should have my refund from red stone by 7/28/2012, which to date i have not received. i called on fri and said they would return my call. of course no call. called today and just got a voice mail. thank:confused:

midland bank put a levy on our account,i dont recall ever being contactaced by them and they didnt give any notice, of this levy, no account info, but were able to do it

I have three specific debts on my credit report from three different credit agencies. (please note I am 24 and regret the past years of not checking my credit or acknowledgement of the seriousness of debt and credit reports) Anyways, They are all medical bills from a surgery I had 3 years ago. I had no health insurance and it was an emergency. Im looking at around $20,000 for these. I have been studying credit repair etc for a couple months now and am still confused on the way I should do this.

It's been twice now that I have received one page "validation notice" in the mail with general wording about having 30 days to verify the debt, etc. Is this supposed to be in lieu of the regular documents that I'm supposed to receive when I ask to have an account validated? How am I supposed to respond when I do receive this vague document? I also thought that verifying accounts was only done with original creditors.

Enhanced Recovery company called. This is a robo call looking for Esperanza Trevino. There is no Esperanza Trevino. They say you can delete call but give you no information on how to do this instead ask you to call their 1 800 number. I hooked this up to a fax machine and/or blocked number. Please get correct number for ESPERANZA TREVINO. :p

This so-called CA has had 4 of my accounts so far and when I ask to have them validated, they close the account and transfer it to another CA. Is this normal? Does anyone know anything about them?:confused:

I'm wondering mostly how interest amounts are calculated. I thought about trying to use a debt consolidation calculator to help me. This does explain it a little bit though.

Hello, I am just starting the search for relief and I am not sure of what is best. I looked at Creditor Payment reduction programs, debt settlement programs and am also thinking about trying to negotiate directly with the creditors I owe. Bankruptcy is not an option for me. I have $58,000 all in credit card debt and just do not know what is the best action to take. After reading through many experiences it is hard to know the best course to take. Any suggestions?

I currently have 3 current payday loans and I live in Maryland. I don't want to close my bank account so how can I get these payday loan companies to stop ach'ing my account? How much time would I need before they stop?
