I am financing a new car and have become behind on my payments. I make just enough money to pay my bills and my car, but not enough for groceries, gas, and other pertintent expenses. Is there any way that I could reduce my monthly payments on the car, seeing as how my credit has already be ruined by a credit card?

Does using services such as yours impact ones credit negatively?

Company/Individual reported: Miracle Management Group About two years ago, I signed on with MMG. I have about $8000 of credit card debt, and MMG told me to pay them $3000, which I did, for settlement payment. I thopught everything was going great until I started getting harrassment calls from these credit card companies, and then their lawyers. I reported them all to MMG, until they changed their website. Now not only am I still getting these harrassment calls at work, but I can't find MMg or Risk Management or whatever they call themselves now.

Does anyone out there have a form letter for a debt letter of removal?

I've been so excited because I got rid of quikpayday, all I needed was proof in writing from them that the account was paid in full. I said that if I didn't get this by yesterday I would call them and light a fire under their tails. Of course i didn't get it, so I just called. I think I might've gotten the most apathetic payday loan worker that has ever existed, because it took absolutely no fight. I was almost disapointed. She agreed to print up a receipt marked paid in full and fax it to me. I'm on my way to staples to pick it up now, I am so excited!

Does anyone know anything about this collection service? In 2001 we bought a new truck and my grandma cosigned because we didn't have enough credit and GMAC screwed us big time. The papers we signed at the dealership were to Buy the truck not to lease the truck. Well, the dealership called us and told us we forgot to sign a couple of things and sent someone out with the papers that is where they screwed us. They said it was just warrenty papers when it was actually papers to turn it into a lease.

Ok...So my friends and I decided it would be cool to do a sleep over, like we did in High School...It's not so long ago, we're 25.. So we did it old school...We did 2 of the insane activities that we used to do... 1.) Our all over town scavenger hunt...List of 15 things that we have to do...like 1.) ask a stranger to take a picture of your group...2.) knock on someones door and ask them if you can have a banana. And we did the ultimate slumber party event...We toilet papered someone's house....A guy we went to school with just bought a nice house out in the country...We almost got caught by

I am new to the forum. It seems that there are several people who seem really pleased with T&C. Can someone provide me with their email address, if they have one? I have several payday loans that I need to consolidate.

I guess I'll stick my neck out, and share my story. Warning, it's long cause I'm in a rambling kind of mood today. :oops: edited because I feel like I have given too much personal info. I'll add more in later. In just 6 month's time the PDL effect has snowballed like it never had before. The cumulative effect is just, amazing. We owed about $2700 or so in PDL, with interest payments of about $1000 a month. We were so behind on bills that when our tax return was deposited, by the next day it was gone with nothing to show for it. I'm beginning to see hope, but it's months out from now.

Do I have to include all debts in a bankruptcy or may I leave out accounts I do not wish to close?
