Can someone help me please? We have T&C consolidating all of our payday loans however, of course Cash Transfer Centers will not cooperate. How surprising!!! They will not give T&C a payment address so does anyone have the address?

Just got this today in response to my complaints: The Florida Attorney General's Office is in receipt of your email regarding the business practices of several payday loan companies. Attorney General Crist asked that we respond. This office is concerned about all potentially unfair and deceptive trade practices that may have the tendency or capacity to mislead consumers. We use complaints such as yours to develop information about patterns of business activity which may indicate the need for formal investigation or action by our office to protect the broad public interest.

They said there was a problem with my checking account. These are the sh*&heads that I couldn't get a hold of. So I sent them one of those famous letters telling them I've paid well over $1000 in fees and that my loan should be null and void, and they are not licensed in florida. Here's hoping I get somewhere with them. They are Global Payday Loan, LLC. Anyone here ever dealt with them?

If I file bankrupty (ch 13) or go into credit counseling can anyone give me an estimate of my payments? my car is paid for and I don't own a home.

There is a loan company who continually calls my home and my mothers home (I do not live there). I have asked them to correspond with me by mail, yet they continue to do this. What can I do?

I recently contacted T&C to have them help me deal with several payday loan companies. I havre everything filled out, I just need to fax them their retainer. However, this morning I logged on to my bank account online, and apparently the payday loan companies have already drafted my account and made that account negative, so even though I have money is my other account, the total balance for both accounts is showing negative and I apparently can't get the money out to send to T&C, although I desperately need to send them their retaininer so they can help me.

Anyone know what would happen if I am one day late with my payment to T&C? I'm due Thursday, but don't think I can make it until Friday...any advice?

Sorry I have been gone for awhile! I was wondering if there is a easy place to go to check and see if a certain Payday Loan company is licensed to do business in my state? I'm sure it has been mentioned before, but I cant seem to find anything. Thanks! Heather =)
