[color=red][/color] My husband applied for a short term payday loan and can not remember the company's name. We have been getting withdrawals from CASHNET NOT CASHNET USA. Does anyone have a number to contact a company named cashnet that handles collection of payday loans? Thank you.

I am leaning more and more toward contacting T&C to see what they can do for me. My question is, there is a pending court hearing on a credit card scheduled for next week. Most likely I will lose, and I stand to lose my vehicle (since that is the only thing that is left in my name, we don't own, and all the other belongings we have are considered community property). Where will this play into debt consolidation?

Hello I'm new to the group. I'm having some problem with payday loans, my finances is no longer under control and I want to have control again. I have several payday loans and they are eating up all of my paycheck. I thought about stopping payment on them, and that way I can decide who will get paid this time and who will not. Can anybody give me some kind of suggestion on how I can handle this. I need help badly. Also who is T&C.

Well, I was informed today by my father (who does not know of my huge amounts of debt, but soon will) that I need to get my finances in order so that the car loan for the car I am driving is put directly into my name, rather than him showing as a co-signer. So, I thought I was going to have some time to payoff this debt, and well, it looks like I'm not. What if I consider a debt settlement? How long does it take? What is the shortest way to payoff debt to avoid death? (HAHA, J/k).

I just read something interesting. I am from Illinois and I just read where in this state you cannot roll your payday loan over and they cannot charge you more than 15.50 per 100.00. So my question is do I have any recourse for the pdls that are letting me roll over and how do i find out if they are licensed in the state of illinois. is there anything i can do until i get my money sent in to T and C.
