Thats right, a company who will steal money from you right out of your bank right under your nose.. And when I reported them to the BBB they came back it me like I had done something wrong. They even went as far as to lie and say that they had talked to me on numerous occasions about the situation. LIES LIES LIES That is all these companies do is steal and lie. Get away from them while you can!

Does anyone have any info on E-Payday?

My husband unintentionally bounced a check and the store sent it straight to a collection agency instead of notifying us so we could pick it up. Now the CA wants us to pay $88 on a $20 check. They called on Monday and asked for me... I did not write the check. My husband answered the phone and told them to call back on Friday and he would work something out. They called again on Tuesday and wednesday. When they called on wednesday I lost it with them and told them if they called again before friday I would report them for unfair practices.

I have 34 payay loans of my own and 3 of my husbands. He is having surgery and my overtime was cut at my job. I cannot pay all of these at once. 3 of his and 3 of mine are with the same companies..PAYDAY OK, PAYDAY ONE AND PAYDAY SELECT...I've contacted them and they will extend the due date for an additional fee but that's it. I tried to tell them to not debit my checking account for my loans and they said that because they deposited to that account they can deduct from that account and they only accept a payment if it is received by them before the due date.

Just a quick question - when a collection agency just called me they told me that they knew I must secretly have money hidden away and that if I did not stop trying to defraud the world's biggest company that they would take away everything I have and that my children would suffer & even alluded to the fact that they could take my children away from me. I do not currently own anything - well anything of value of course we have clothes and such - but no home and no car worth the name. Because I do not own a home or whatnot -- they can not take my children away can they?

I tried .doc, .rtf, and .txt, and none of them worked... What one's do work?

I found this on a website Quote:

(q) A licensee shall not renew or otherwise consolidate a deferred presentment transaction with the proceeds of another deferred presentment transaction made by the same licensee. A transaction entered into in violation of this subsection is void and unenforceable in law or equity.

Does this mean that if you write a check and use the money you got from that check to pay for another check at the same place that the checks are void? Please help!!!
