Does anyone know this number?

Out of curiosity stemming from recent issues with people claiming to be attorneys and really not, does anyone know anything about a Thomas K. Bamford from Dallas? There's a really annoying "Ms. Davis" that works for them, calls in the middle of the day, and when I tell her my husband is at work - what, people that can't pay their bills don't work now?? - she hangs up before I can extract any more information from her so he can be better-informed when and if he decides to return her call! Ugh. I'm ready to un-list our number :roll:

Has anyone used Superior debt solutions to handle their debt problems?

I was Afthe car was repaired there was a delay of 30 days until I had a check from the insurance company in hand. This was due to a delay from the insurance company and my auto finance company who had to co-endorse the check. When I went to pay for the car I presented the repair show with the insurance payment plus my deductible. I was then told that I was also responsible for another $1100 in "Storage" fees. It was in the small print when I first dropped the car off.

I'm sure in a pickle now! My check today goes for my rent and overdue bills and I won't have enough for my retainer fee to T&C!! I'm about to lose my mind. As of today I'm in default on 4 pdl's. The others are willing to wait 2 more weeks... I don't seem to be able to get anywhere with this problem I'm in...I feel like I'm falling in the biggest black hole with no way out!

The house we have has always been in my wife's name only. If I file for bankruptcy is there anyway they can take the house into account? I was told that because I live there and contribute to the monthly expenses the bankruptcy court could claim that I have a stake in the house and could include it in any liquidation of assets.
