First off...thanks Stanley for helping figure out who WW&R are. Has anyone had any dealings with them? I have two Sears accounts that I have in a debt settlement program. I hadn't heard anything from either account for a year. Then in February...LNVN Funding bought both accounts. They first turned them over to National Action Financial Services for collection. I sent NAFS requests for validation on both accounts. I never received validation for either account. Then this month WW&R began calling about the smaller account. They don't seem to have all their facts strait.

can anyone tell me the best/legitimate place to get free credit reports? do you have to give your mailing address to receive the reports? i've read that ca's can get your address from credit bureaus... thanks!

When a consolidation program consolidates the credit card amounts, do they negotiate the amount to be paid? In other words, can they get the deals that the cc companies send in the mail for 50% off the total amount if paid in full? Thanks Andy Email deleted as per forum rules-Mike

International Trust Approved me for $5,000. I spoked with two people, there names are: SCOTT WILLIAMS & JULIE WHITE. I spoked with Scott and he told me that I need to pay $690 dollars for "Insurance" that if I made my payments on-time for 6 months this fee will be refunded to me. He told me that I needed to send this money to a CLIFFORD HEWITT in NORTH YORK ONTARIO CANADA. I asked him why I was sending money to Canada. He said "We are brokers and we work with lenders based in Canada." On March 13th 2006 I sent the money... A day later he called and said that the lender turned down my loan.

563-379-7915 is Jake from mypaydayloan.com!!!! He has been calling several times a day from that number. First, I get a call from a blocked number...then this # shows up as US Cellular. I finally *67 and called it back...well, well, well. It's Jake! Calling from a cell phone! I am so going to nail their hides to the wall.
