Hello, I want to know how to revoke wage assignments. I've been hearing a lot about this lately on this forum. I have a loan with Check n Go and I cannot afford to pay it on their terms. I didn't even know I signed up for wage assignments. Can anyone please elaborate on this process?

In 06 and 07 I co signed on loans from sallie mae. The kid has defaulted on the loans and they are showing up as charged off on my credit report. What does that mean? By the way my only income is VA disability and social security can my bank accounts be seized?

Hello. I am at my wit's end with my private student loans. I have about $150,000 in student loan debt. I take home about 2074/month, and pay $1330 of it to student loans. I have a co-signer whom I am unable to remove from my loans at this time. The only other debt I have is my car. The creditors are unwilling to lower my payment at time, and my co-signer is unwilling to co-sign with my to consolidate my debt. I've thought about quit paying just so I can afford basic necessities but that would negatively affect my co-signer, and will likely create an even worse situation for me.

after we file the paper work and send it what are the next steps because we are thinking of getting a loan to pay off what we owe on a credit card.

Has anyone had to deal with these guys,(four seasons cash) they don't have a email address on their website, I called and asked for one and they told me that they didn't have one and I would have to fax them . I did fax them and I also emailed green billow because it seems that it is also part of four seasons. I have not heard a thing from them and I am not sure what to do next. Thanks

Hello I have been fighting with cash call over a western sky loan for a week or so now. I asked the lady to send me validation of the debt and she said she will send me a permissible letter... not sure what that is but I don't think that validates they can collect on the debt in my state (NY). I offered them a payment plan through email and they haven't answered. What should i do at this point? should I write back to whatever thing they are sending me in the postal mail?

Hello, I sent out emails to all 5 of the payday loan lenders from which I have loans, requesting repayment plans with 3, and refunds beyond principle paid from 2. These were sent early this morning. I have already received 2 calls from a "David Cooper" from the "Department of Crime Prevention". Very obvious Eastern European accent on Mr. Copper! After reading posts in this site, I expected such calls. Anyone else get this same call? I feel good about taking the first step. The ACH for each was stopped at my bank. I used the letter posted on this forum for illegal lenders. Thank you!

thank you for posting LVNV's contact info. since none of their collection letters have this information on them. And they do continue to call when account is settled and paid off.
