Hi folks, Well I've done some interesting research today. A couple of my payday lenders, actually three out of the four, claim to be licensed in Delaware. Well, I checked the bank commissioner's site and they don't seem to be licensed. I tried different names and nothing came up. So I e-mailed them with the company names and addresses to see if they actually are licensed. I'm also in the process of filing a complaint with the AG's office in Kansas because of one my lenders is supposedly processing loans there without a license.

You guys are going to love this. I received an e-mail at the end of February stating my loan was considered paid in full so I removed them from T &C. I get an e-mail today stating I had two accounts with them. HUH? Now how is this possible when they don't allow such a thing. Or they didn't in the past. So, I called them after sending an e-mail. I guess you could say curiousity killed the cat. So, I get this guy on the phone and he was pleasant enough to talk to. He said that I do have two accounts, one was paid in December, and one is still showing a balance.

I've had this in my e-mail for over a year..I like to read over it when I'm bored...And what's funnier, is I have done some of these things..lol How to maintain a healthy level of insanity at work.. 1) Page yourself over the intercom. Don't disguise your voice. 2) Find out where your boss shops and buy exactly the same outfits. Wear them one day after your boss does. This is especially effective if your boss is of a different gender than you. 3) Make up nicknames for all your coworkers and refer to them only by these names.

I just have a quick question for the people working with T & C.I filled out all my paperwork,then I received 2 envelopes to mail my 1st two payments in.I have not received anything since.I am supposed to be making payments every week. Will I be getting a return envelope to mail each of my payments in?I will give them a call.I was just wondering.Thanks for your help.
