Okay, first of all, are these guys actually attorneys?!?! I got a letter from them a couple months ago, saying they were collecting a debt for CACH...I sent a validation letter 2 days after I got their letter....never recieved a thing. Then I gave the account to the attorney handling my settlements. Now today I get a letter from these jerks who ignore my validation letter, and the fact that this account is with an attorney. So, I guess I will be calling the attorney tomorrow, but that is so annoying. They flat-out ignore the law...and they are supposed to be lawyers!!

hi dear customers, we r group of people from collection, investigation, serious investigation and legal department. we thought about it a lot and now telling this to everyone. cash2day has opened a new company interm cash and its same company , same people working and same old management. our jopb is to harras people and get money from poor american customers this is what we are told by the management. new manager is hired named sundeep (sandy) he was a sales person selling loans to people over the phone.

The rate for student loans (federal) is inflating after the 1st of july. I want to consolidate before this happens. Would someone recommend a good company that has decent rates and that will not give me fees? I also would like to defer payment and interest until out of school if this is possible. What would you recommend?

Are there different consolidation companies that work with this site? or is it all United Christian Financial?

I received the following email from 1st Credit of America regarding a loan I have with Check N GO. First of the amount I borrowed was only $300 and they almost tripled the amount that I owe them. Has anyone ever gotten this kind of email or has dealt with Check N GO?
