Does anyone have a physical address for QuickPayday. I need to send them a letter but I cannot get their address from them

What is a legitimate payday loan company? I live in Texas and one of the places that loaned me money doesn't really operate as a payday loan company per se. They lend money like any other payday loan company, but they tell you up front that they are not a payday loan company. What they do is the offer you land or tracts of land. When they "loan" you the money, you are expected to pay it back like any other loan company, but you are supposedly an investor in a tract of worthless land that you'll never own. Now based on what I read last night, this is illegal in Texas.

I have over $12,000 of credit card debt that I accumulated between 2003-2005 on four different credit cards while living in FL. I was laid off in 2003 and have been freelancing as a graphic designer for the past two years, barely making enough to pay for basics like rent, food and clothing. I moved to Venezuela for a job opportunity and no longer live in FL. I haven't made a credit card payment since January 2005. I have no money & no belongings aside from a used car ($300) that I purchased to get around in Venezuela. I don't plan on going back to the US until 2008.

I have been battling with the 3 credit bureaus for about 3 months now. I am not really sure if what I have in mind is actually a duplicate entry. Is an original credit and the collection agency that cover the same account considered a duplicate entry. Or is a duplicate entry just the same entry entered twice. If I am incorrect about the original & collection agency entry, could you tell me if it is legal to have both creditor and collection agency on the credit report considering that the creditor sells the account to the collection agency. Is that not double jeopardy?

What payday loans does Accounts receivables handle? Are they easy / good to work with? thanks Rachel
