The address and phone number are PO Box 10584, Greenville SC 29603-0584 and the LVNV Funding LLC phone number listed is 866-464-1183. When I enter the lvnv funding phone number, (866) 464-1183 on the BBB website, it comes up with a Houston, TX address. Has anyone dealt with this company? Have you heard of lvnv funding complaints? I filed bankruptcy in 2002 and included a TERI student loan as part of my debts to be discharged. I have now learned that private Law school loans CANNOT be discharged and thus this 10 year old debt is still hanging over my head. In 2002, I was unemployed and a law firm froze my bank assets for this old 8k loan. I panicked and filed bankruptcy. I moved on and thought it was resolved…I have a good job, got back in school and have my feral loan deferred. On Jan 2, I learned that the law firm as calmly waited to garnish my wages by the maximum 25%!

I received two cals from 904-483-3372 today and when I answer there is no one there. When I try to call back, all that I get is a rapid busy signal. The only info I can find on this number is it is located in Jacksonville, FL. Does anyone else have any futher information? Thanks.
